Fear Aura - [white]All Moroven gain this power.[/white] The Moroven are naturally surrounded by fear. As such, they generate fear where ever they go and they can never fully blend into a crowd. Normal animals will avoid the Moroven at all costs.
Sense the Fear - All Moroven can sense fear in another. This is a natural byproduct of their nature. The stronger they get, the farhter away they can sense the fear.
[orange]Adolescent[/orange]
Your Fear - Only usable while target is Mind Rolled. The Moroven vampire can reach into someone's mind and literally pull their fear to the foreground. The stronger the Moroven, the worse the fear (Masters can pull out their greatest fears).
Forget yourself - A unique power, this allows the Moroven to litterally scare someone stupid. Using this power causes the person to become so scared that they lose their wits, forgetting what they currently meant to do. At higher levels, the more they forget (even forgetting who they are at Master level) but it is always temporary. It is an instinctive sort of power, often used to hasten a Moroven's escape from danger.
Mark of Fear - The moroven can create a metaphysical mark in an area. This mark can only cover a small size at Adolescent level (but grows in size with the level of the vampire) which litterally acts as a magical barrier to anyone weaker then the Moroven. It litterally causes them to become frightened and move away from the area marked. Those of stronger, merely have an uneasy feeling as they pass through the place.

All of Your Fear - (Must have Your Fear) This power allows the Moroven to create irrational fear in a crowd of people. It starts off with five people but increases with the strength of the Vampire.
Just you - The Moroven is capable of reaching out with thier ability to generate fear and target just one person. This person does not need to be mind rolled, and can be on the other side of the city. This fear is enough to drive the target temporarily insane but cannot kill.
Two for One - Requires two targets. This ability is litterally an illusion cast on one person. Reaching into another's mind, they discover something they fear and they can then imprint it on another person. The victim will see what the Moroven has made them see for up to twenty four hours. The longer and more terrifying the illusion depends on the strength of the Moroven.

Boogeyman - The Moroven themselves becomes the very epitome of what their target fears. This illusion can be anything but the level of fear it creates can drive the person into madness. The more the Moroven focuses on this power, the worse the fear is for the person.
Teroare - Or the Terror. Like the Ardeur, this power allows the vampire to feed from fear. If the Teroare is not fed, it will start to prey on the Vampire itself forcing it to live out it's own fears. If it is not fed within a twenty four hour time span, the Vampire will go mad before starving.
Night Hag Incarnate - The Moroven has begun to take on an appearence towards the more frightful side of things. Their appearence has slowly shifted towards what they themselves consider the most frightening to others. It is also has a metaphysical side in that shadows seem to darken around them. It also permeates the place they live, causing their home to seem far creepier then what it is.
Stabbing Fear - [red]Requires prior RC approva[/red] (Must have Just You) With this power, the Moroven can litterally reach out and scare someone to death. Their power over fear is such that they can cause the victim's heart to explode. While this does create a massive amount of fear at once, it does limit the ability to properly feed.
