Hybrid Lycanthropes do exist here in TGC but only if they have existed in real life. Please contact the RC if you're unsure if what you're interested in actually exists. It's also advised that you actually research the real world version as to find out it's parents along with traits (size, diet, etc). Hybrids exist in all forms of mammals but lycanthropy is typically predatory so please stick with those.
Hybrid lycanthropes can choose their power from the powers of either hybrid parent. For example, a liger would choose from Lion and Tiger powers while a leopon would choose from a leopard and a lion. This also means that any power that affects a parent lycanthrope will affect a hybrid, just not at full strength. A vampire capable of calling a lion will be able to call any hybrid with a lion parent. Being unique has it's drawbacks.
Hybrids also do not have beast mates. They are simply too few in number for it to be plausable. Nor do they have packs, pards, or any form of group. They will feel similiar to lycanthropes of a parent type but not identical enough to fully be under the sway of the leader. Yes, they'll obey but it's not as fluid as normal creatures in a group. Because of this, hybrid lycanthropes have difficulty being in normal groups.
Hybrid Lycanthropy is hard to catch and due to the rarity of actual Hybrids, it is considered as rare as fox lycanthropy.
